If there is one thing that Baja is synonymous with it’s delicious tacos just about everywhere you go. The above taco photo is from Tacos Los Arcos directly in front of the Rosarito Beach Hotel. The staff at Baja Bound Mexican insurance has frequented this taco stand for many years, and the food on offer is always delicious and reasonably priced. Their carne asada tacos come loaded with salsa fresca, guacamole and cilantro and are made to order right in front of you at their sidewalk taco bar. Next time you visit Rosarito Beach, drop by Tacos Los Arcos and grab a couple!
