The Road from Mexicali to San Felipe was being repaired and widened when we went in April. It is passable all the way down, but in a few spots you have to slow down and go off road. We took a 12 passenger van. It was fine…we also had a lot of beer.

We are very excited about the Punta Brava project. We at P and R Development S.A. de C.V. are developing property very close to Tiger Woods. “Los Altos de La Bufadora” will consist of 70+ home sites with dramatic ocean, bay and city views. Punta Banda is the last open area on the Ensenada coastline and has a new government ‘master plan’ Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful areas where sensible development will occur. PLM
