Tiger Woods Punta Brava Golf Course Announced

Plans for the new Tiger Woods golf course in Baja were officially announced this week. I actually got an email about it, then saw part of the press conference with Tiger Woods on the Golf Channel a few minutes after. The project is called Punta Brava, and will be located on the very tip of the peninsula on the south end of Bahia de Todos Santos near Ensenada. The golf course looks like it is going to be pretty challenging, with several of the holes playing over the water. Construction of the course will begin in spring of 2009. We are very excited about the Punta Brava project. We at P and R Development S.A. de C.V. are developing property very close to Tiger Woods. “Los Altos de La Bufadora” will consist of 70+ home sites with dramatic ocean, bay and city views. Punta Banda is the last open area on the Ensenada coastline and has a new government ‘master plan’ Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful areas where sensible development will occur. PLM
